(Remember that the objects are handcrafted (no industrial machine) and are totally unique. Indeed it may not be perfect, the resin can make bubbles, even if I removed with a blowtorch or anti-bubble spray, also the new resin that I use in the description, the manufacturer certifies that the bubbles disappear in the drying time. It should also be noted that I use wood, chipboard and linen and cotton canvases for certain paintings. Indeed, it can move a little over time, However some paintings that have been in my possession for two years, have not moved on the surface or inside the painting, which effectively means that it is good material.

Return deadline:
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund.
Item Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Procedure :
To request a refund, contact me by email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order.
Full refund:
Once I receive and inspect your returned artwork, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Return costs:
Shipping costs for returning artwork are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on my part (incorrect or defective item).
Damages and anomalies:
If your item is damaged or has a defect upon receipt, please contact me immediately with supporting photos. I will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Incorrect reception:
If you receive an incorrect item, I will arrange an exchange or refund at no extra cost.
